国有建设用地使用权拍卖出让公告

经安吉县人民政府批准，安吉县自然资源和规划局决定以拍卖方式出让以下地块的国有建设用地使用权。现将有关事项公告如下：

一、拍卖出让地块的基本情况和规划指标要求

二、中华人民共和国境内外的法人、自然人和其他组织均可申请参加，法律另有规定的除外。上述地块均可以单独申请竞买，也可以联合申请竞买，凡联合申请竞买的，必须成立新公司，并由新公司签订相关《合同》及协议；此外，在安吉欠缴土地出让金的不得参与上述所有地块的竞买。

三、本次地块国有建设用地使用权拍卖出让采用增价拍卖方式，按照价高者得原则确定竞得人。溢价仅为土地溢价，建筑物不溢价。

 nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp;四、本次国有建设用地使用权拍卖出让通过浙江省土地使用权网上交易系统（http://land.zjgtjy.cn/GTJY_ZJ/）进行。申请人可通过浙江省自然资源厅门户网站进入浙江省土地使用权网上交易系统。 nbsp;

 nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp;五、本次拍卖报名时间：2021年6月5日09:00至2021年6月15日16:00

 nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp;保证金缴纳截止时间：2021年6月15日16:00

 nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp;拍卖时间：AJ2021J-27：2021年6月16日9:30

 nbsp; nbsp; nbsp;六、本次拍卖出让的详细资料请参阅《拍卖出让文件》。《拍卖出让文件》及地块相关资料，可以登录浙江省土地使用权网上交易系统浏览或下载。

 nbsp; nbsp; nbsp;七、申请人须按照拍卖须知要求办理数字证书，符合竞买要求，并按要求足额交纳竞买保证金，方可参加网上拍卖出让活动。

八、本次公开出让地块成交价即为该幅地块的总价款，不包括城市基础设施配套费和土地契税。若地块带建筑物出让，在办理不动产权证过程中涉及其他相关税费的，由竞得人自行承担。此外，竞得人应当严格执行人防工程建设与管理方面的法律法规，切实履行相关义务，具体参照《安吉县人民防空工程管理办法》(安政办发[2020]51号）执行。
